Why Learn to Love the IRS?

I have spent 32 years in my private law practice dealing with the IRS. As a former IRS Agent and IRS lawyer, the author of two books on the subject ("Dealing with the IRS, Law, Forms and Practice", available at Amazon.com and ALI-ABA.org) and over 50 professional tax articles I have learned a great deal about the IRS. This blog will share lots of that information with followers who may have an interest or a need to know or have a current IRS tax dispute. I will post Bulletins I write for lawyer associations in New Jersey that combine useful IRS tax information served up with a bit of humor.
